Import
Utility
The
optional Import Utility allows you to easily import data from other applications
such as a human resource database or club billing system. The Import Utility
not only adds new records but also updates existing records with new addresses,
phone numbers, etc.
Merge
Utility
The program appends data from one HealthCalc 2000 database to another so
you can combine multiple site data into one consolidated database. The
Merge Utility can also be used to merge data collected in the field on
a laptop with the main HealthCalc 2000 system in the home office. The Merge
Utility is required to append RiskCalc data obtained from a scanner or
the Internet.
